A little test

Okay my moment is upon me.  I am tired of the extra weight.  I am tired of the skin tags.  Honestly I am tired of how LONG this is taking.  It feels like I have been fasting FOR.  EV.  ER.  And eating healthy (alright...healthiER).  I just want it to be simple.  I went for years eating the same lunch after Jaime's birth.  I am fine with this...once I find out a tried and true way for ME.  Dr. Becky says if I do this the weight can't HELP but go away, but I guess you actually have to DO IT for that to happen hahahahha😄

I guess this is my testing/hypothesis...to see exactly what I can get away with or what is a hard line requirement...let the testing begin!

0-added sugar ❌ had a little with the popcorners

1-no salad ❌

2-TWO apples ✅ no veggies ❌

3- 1.5 hours before bed ❌
